Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire process of booking, payment, and service delivery for stage makeup services provided by Codruta Maxim Makeup. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Process
  • Bookings can be made for any available date within the calendar year.
  • Customers must provide the following information during the booking process:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Competition Category and Class
  • Only one service is provided:
    Stage Makeup.
3. Payment
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your slot.
  • Payments are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
4. Cancellations
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to qualify for a refund.
  • Refund requests should be sent to codrutalorenamaxim@gmail.com.
  • There is no option to reschedule. Customers must book a new slot if they wish to change their appointment.
  • If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, no refund will be provided.
  • While we reserve the right to cancel appointments, we will not cancel any confirmed bookings unless absolutely necessary.
5. Service Delivery
  • Customers are expected to arrive on time for their appointments.
  • Late arrivals may result in a waiting period, depending on availability.
  • The makeup is guaranteed to last for the duration of the event. Retouch services (e.g., lipstick or minor adjustments) will be available during the event.
6. Liability and Customer Responsibility
  • Customers must disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities before the service.
  • Codruta Maxim Makeup is not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their own comfort and safety during the makeup application process.
7. Additional Services
  • Hair services are not included in the stage makeup package.
  • Simple hair styling services may be provided as an extra if time permits. Customers must contact us privately to inquire about availability and pricing.
8. Privacy and Data Usage
  • Customer data, including full name, email, and phone number, is securely stored in the BookingPress system.
  • Data will not be shared with any third parties except for payment processing through Stripe.
  • By booking, you consent to the collection and secure storage of your data for the purpose of managing appointments.
9. Refunds and Disputes
  • Refunds are available only if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the appointment.
